Later I found out they had a reboot, in which it circles newer characters. First I called bullshit, and that they ruined the series by adding this 'season 9' to it. So I never watched past the first episode of season 9.
Fast forward to present day. I have been watching it Season 1-8 on Netflix, crying at the finale all 3 times. During the most recent run through, I decided to watch Season 9 at last. At first I was annoyed that JD got replaced by a blonde innocent girl in med school. As I watched through the 13 episodes, I became attached. I became intuiged at the characters, still keeping the old Scrubs humor and painfully saddening lessons it taught, just adapting to this recent day such as using the terms such as "douche" and referencing recent famous events.
And then it just ended. Abruptly. Internally, I freaked out. I want to know about the new student teacher relationship between Cole and Turk, and Dr. Cox and Drew! I want to see how Lucy handles through Med school, and how she changes and bonds the formation of their group. I want to see JD in random episodes, and Elliot almost mentoring Lucy! I just wanted the show to continue!
