Normally i throw my headphones in when im getting ready. It helps me get pumped.
And i always stretch.
What does everyone else do?

I do the same kinda. Except I jam out on the car ride.
That's sort've implied. At least it should be. lol

I agree. Usually it's two 8.5oz before I start, then one in the middle to keep me going.
