Wind sprints, suicides, and long distance runs all help. Some shoulders and abs wouldn't hurt, but paintball is definitely geared towards cardio and speed.

Wind sprints, suicides, speed training. Squats help everything. Don't forget your back too.
If your lifting weights, do a complete routine. An unbalanced body is worse than not lifting.
