I currently go to the gym and do about 30 mins of cardio and arms/abs day, and legs/back day. I want to start thinking about specific exercises that would help me with paintball. Any suggestions?

If you have a local track, spending a dedicated day for running/speed drills really helps. I like to use my off days from the gym to do Cardio/speed, and that combo really helps fitness in general.

Any kind of leg workout would benefit you, shoulder and back exercises would also be beneficial. I know for me running is deffinatly the best workout, I run with a 30 lb weight vest to simulate all my gear on me. That's something you need to b carfull of tho if you try, too much weight damages your joints especially knees, it seems 20-25% of your body weight is a safe way to go.

Wind sprints, suicides, and long distance runs all help. Some shoulders and abs wouldn't hurt, but paintball is definitely geared towards cardio and speed.

Wind sprints, suicides, speed training.  Squats help everything.  Don't forget your back too.

If your lifting weights, do a complete routine.  An unbalanced body is worse than not lifting.
