I would say practice moving up. Just recball it or on walkons show up in full gear but no paint. It'll teach you to move up fast

Lasers have been used for dry fire practice in real firearms so it makes sense. If you can find a laser to mount that has a pressure switch/pad it would let you "fire" when you depress it like it was a trigger. Obviously paint doesn't fly like a real bullet but it would get people some practice for cheap.
Yeah! You are right. Paint has another trajectory. In this video we use laser point to help you see how your arms tremble when you play, so you could make some changes to your stance and hold paintball marker right and improve your accuracy. After doing these drills you can fire with paint and make a correction to the trajectory of paintballs, but your marker will sit tight in your arms.
You know, it's like shooting a shotgun without knowing how to hold it. High chances that you will miss your target or injure yourself.
