im not new to speedball by any idea but im starting a team with freinds and i was a front player so just a straight sprint to the snake was all i did but now im moving to a middel man so i need to learn to gun and gun even more any tips? thank guys

Take it slow. Running as fast as you can while trying to shoot isn't going to help you hit anybody. Make sure your paint stream is consistent before you try to start moving faster.

The best way is to set up a pole, or something relatively small. start off by walking parrallel to the pole, and one balling. If you can walk back and forth and hit it a majority of the time, start going a bit faster, in shooting and your walking/running speed. Eventually doing this, and then playing for real, you'll become a pretty good runner and gunner.

is there any type of posture or techniqes i should also practice to keep the gun from bouncing? other then that thx for the advice ^_^
