Hi I have E-flex goggles and I was wondering if I could take out the lense and wash the frame?

Yes, you can. I just use a wet cloth or paper towels, I have never been a big fan of dunking my frames in water. But yes, the lens is meant to be taken out to wash the frame and lens.

I've put my frames through the washing machine with no negative effects. Just don't wash the straps

Been doing it for years and nothing has happened so I beg to differ.

Just because nothing bad has happened, that doesn't mean that it's a great thing to do
