What is the best preferred method of training?

Should we use like a fitness system like P90X, or would it be better to do your own training.

I bike, run, and lift.  Unfortunately my apartment isn't large enough for P90X or Insanity.  Anything which helps with cardio should work.  The majority of the power needed to play paintball comes from the legs, so upper body workouts really only help if you're doing a lot of crawling.

Yeah I do a lot of crawling.. Mostly snake side. But I do play Doritos every now and then

I run every morning from 5am too 7am around the Golden Gate Estates area here in Naples,FL. I was planning on doing P90X,

If you are already running that much I would go with p90x to focus more on strength building, or you can find another program to do the same, but are you doing this to replace the running, or in addition to?

In addition too. I like too run. But I prefer more extensive training.

video fitness is great if you have a good background or foundation for it. If you dont have a clue P90 isnt going to be able to correct all thing your doing wrong. Join a gym would be what I suggest. A lot of gyms are coming around AZ and you can get in some for as low as 9.99. And just find a buddy who is one stage ahead of you in fitness. And follow what he does great way to meet friends and get a great foundation to fitness.

I have a gym on the second floor of the house. I have a small group of friends that play with me. We usually do the workouts together or in two groups.
