If you missed out on the Magnesium bolts, Lurker have just posted up the aluminum bolts. Get yours before they are gone!

Yup, that was the only difference. Magnesium is insanely light, however the Mg run of bolts had issues when the machinist messed up and didn't bore out the IDs to the proper size for optimal performance. That, combined with the coating style needed for magnesium means the smooth anodized surface of the aluminum and the proper dimensions likely means the aluminum bolts will give the best performance anyway.

Wouldn't a lighter bolt cut enough weight to make people feel more of a vibration, although gain efficiency theoretically?

It depends on the system. Also, it gets to a point where the bolts are just so dang light that you move past increases in felt recoil due to speed. Plus the "reset" feature they use to close off the valve acts like an air bumper which helps as well.

I might get one, and then a Shocker. In that order.
