DP E1 macroline not comming out

Try pressing in on the macroline and the little collar on the fitting, then while holding the collar down, pull out on the macroline. Basically, it's a slip-fit collar that increases the hold on the macroline the more you pull on it, unless you push down on the collar to "unlock" it.

Unfortunately the stock macro fittings that were used on the E1 weren't of the highest standard, nor was the stock macro. I had a little tool I made that I used to get macro out of the fittings on occasion.
Like Andrew said, holding down the collar on the macro fitting releases its hold on the line. I would suggest cutting the existing macro in the centre (leaving one piece attached to each fitting) then hold down the collar, grip the line with a pair of pliers and you should be able to yank the macro out.
You may want to replace the fittings for better ones from your local pro shop, this isn't normally very expensive.
