I would say do it.  I haven't shot a creed but I always wanted too and apparently they are really nice shooters for a poppet marker.  They are an old super gun so I would imagine they shoot great.  Plus they have an oled.  I honestly was not too impressed with the axe I shot.  They only problem is that if you decide to sell it later you will have a harder time than with an axe.

So because one Axe you shot didnt compare at all to how others say theyre like the Axe isnt capable of shooting good?

TechPB worships the Axe like it's black Jesus. But I personally would choose Creed, not from personal experience, but because it's an uncommon older super gun.

As for the Creed it's a really smooth shooting stacked-tube but until recently I was never impressed with Vanguards fit and finish.

Hey, you might just fall in love with the Creed and that's a very good point.  Creeds are much rarer than Axes.

I own a V2 Creed, and I can say almost for sure that you will like it more than the Axe. IMO it gives an EGO11 a run for its money as far as shot quality, and the price you can get them for now is crazy.

The ego 11 shoots loud and sorta kicky...

Doesn't matter what gun you have, how old you are, what paint you shoot, who your up against, how bad of a day you had... All that matters is that your playing paintball now.

Set up is important.  I have a friend whose ego10 is incredibly smooth and not loud.

Can you post a vid? My friends ego 10 is terribly kicky and loud, and he thinks it should be that way, as he is dumb.

Well he didn't tune it himself, he bought it used and apparently from some guy who played a lot of tournaments? (the case was autographed) Anyways it shoots really nice, he just has to tinker with it and tinker with it and tinker with it.  There is an ego11 tuning guide on here somewhere.

There isnt even much you can do to an Ego 10 unless its an SLS.
