Salted caramel makes best caramel corn

 

Paprika, cayenne pepper, chili powder, garlic powder, and brown sugar = sweet bbq flavor

 

Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and oregano is k as well.

Myoglobin is basically the muscle version of hemoglobin. It can be inferred that though it is technically not blood, it's close enough in chemical makeup that you should just cook your meat until it's not pink any more. Only plebs don't cook their meat all the way.

Fine, teach me how to stop being such a pleb and make real grilled cheese, I don't see this ending anytime soon...

 

Step #1: Butthurt is #1 cause of failing @ grilled cheese.

 

Step #2: Use cheddar cheese, and not american cheese. It melts better, while still somewhat holding its shape, and actually has flavor, which is important when its basically the only thing in the sandwich. 

 

Step #3: When actually cooking the grilled cheese, butter a slice of bread, place butter side down in pan, place cheese on top of bread and put lid on pan. Once cheese is 75% melted, place other buttered piece of bread on top, and flip that bitch. Or if you want to do it however you do it now, doesnt fucking matter. 

 

Step #4 (and the most important step of all): Cut your sammich diagonally, and into triangles, not pleb rectangles. 

 

 

Congrats, you are now making non pleb grilled cheese. Next lesson will how to make non pleb moldy bread. If dev can learn, anyone can. 

 

 

 

Tonight at work the one cook made penne in red sauce but added ghost peppers and jalapenos. It was awesome.

 

Ghost peppers are good as fuck. They seem to lose a good amount of their heat once they are cooked, which actually makes them somewhat edible.

 

They're still hot as all fuck though.

I always butter both sides and use lid, maybe the cheddar will help and putting the second slice on late.
