What is some good paint you guys use?

Iv used specturm because i can get it for $28 - a case at my loco shop
And inka custom. The custom inka was ten times better then the spec... I find with the spec it tends to be more inaccurate.

I use valken redemption. It's the field paint at my field and its brittle, has a nice fill, really accurate and is also packaged well.

shoots straight and breaks decently enough when it's fresh. but if you let it sit for a week it won't break on anything.

A few fields have started stocking marballizer. It shoots straight but isnt too brittle. I got shot from 10yds away like 5 times and none of them broke.

Marbs not being brittle? Thats a first. When I worked at my old field, that was an empire dealer, that stuff was on point.

Marballizer is still the best paint I've ever used.  Always breaks on people but I don't get barrel breaks like I sometimes (or often depending on the batch) do with Evil, Ultra Evil, 5-Star, etc.

Inka Silver has worked well for me. Its $55 CDN a case where i am... Well worth the extra $15 to not have cheap paint.

These complaints about marbs could be from not using the neon green fill marbs. I notice field fill Marbs are like that

I've tried all of the above, and it doesn't matter what brand it is, ALL paint can be horrible, or great, you really have to LOOK at it before you buy it. If it isn't perfectly round, or the seam is sticking up, pass on it.

And if they will let you have a single paintball... Then you can really see if it will work well for you. Bring your barrel to the store, and if you can roll it into your barrel and it stops halfway (and then you can blow it out easily) that is good bore fit, and as long as it is very round, and no seams, it will shoot well...

If you want to see if it will break, you have to test that too. Take that same paintball outside, and toss it up in the air (about 20 feet up) and if it hits the concrete and breaks, it is good. If it bounces, it is old. Tournament paint will typically break when you throw it 10 feet in the air, and it falls on the concrete.

Biggest problem new players have, is they haven't yet learned how to pick good paint... They see a brand name and think it will be good...

That isn't how you should shop for paint. I've had $25 white box that shot great, and broke well, and I've had $65 a case tournament paint that was horrible... So look at it first before you buy!
