I currently have a rotor V3 and was offered $150 for it. Should I take it and go get a spire or stick with the Rotor?

Do it.  Spire's are better than Rotors by a large margin.

Is the spire really worth it?
Because I'm looking at getting one myself.

At worst sell the rotor, buy a used one for 100 and pocket 50.

if you can get 150 sell for sure..

otherwise just keep the rotor, works great and easy to take care of.. dont need a Spire, Rotor does the job, and does a damn good job

but hey if you got money burning a hole in your pocket go for it !

Smaller, lighter, hold more paint, easier switching between lid/speed feed, gentler on paint, much better jam clearing. I wouldn't say its a large margin though, just the little things.
