Hey Im looking into a CP one piece barrel and am curious to which bore size I should get. I live in Canada near vancouver BC.

I would run a .685. It seems to be the most common size now that paint is shrinking.

Not really much. The efficiency gains from an extreme overbore to an optimal underbore are less than a pod. If you already have a .689, I'd just keep it. Personally, I wouldn't bother with a new barrel unless you decide to underbore.
