your breakout is the most important thing
being able to make it to the insert snake/dorito or snake/dorito 1 off of the break can make or break a game
so practice your sprints and dives/slides as well as getting your gun up as fast as possible afterwards

Ok; lets get to the seriousness of your team. Currently for my team we have exercises in which we have a trainer train us three times a week two hours per session on weekdays. Saturday we do drills like snap shooting practicing how to dive into bunkers after physical exercises etc. Sundays we run 2 minute games after practicing laneing and ensuring everything is spot on. Now if you are in a serious team that goes to events you better start doing this but if its just with your buddies to local events I would do some dives and some exercise maybe once a week together or just go out running to stay in shape. Also play off handed a lot; off handing is an issue most players have. So if you are in a serious team do a ton of exercise and dedicate your weekends to pb; if not take it easy stay in shape and practice once a week maybe do snap shooting to practice off hand.
