New tank would be best considering you wont have to rehydro any time soon, you'll get the full 15 year life out of the tank (if it passes hydro which im sure it will unless you drop it a shit ton and what not) be sure to get a ninja tank as ninja has the best regs and since money isn't an issue I suggest getting a ninja pro reg which will allow you to swivel the collar that has the burst disks, fill nipple and gauge in the event that when you screw in your marker the fill nipple or gauge is poking you in the wrist. all in all its probably the best choice. yes you can get a cheaper tank used etc but you wont get a fresh tank, the full 15 year life and other benefits of a new ninja pro tank.

Personally I would go used. There are a lot of times that you can snag nice deals where you can get a tank thats only 1-2 years old but yet its $40-50 off of retail price. I like to save money, even if money isn't an issue, so that's what I would do.

Got a 45/45(hard to find) for $70 and it had over 3 years left on the hydro, it was great. Even came with a cover and everything, used is the way to go.
My Feedback +14/-0

If you go used, try and get one of the really big brands. If you can find a ninja, id go that route. Some of the companies that arent really players anymore, or were smaller players in the industry, perhaps wont give you as much customer service and/or parts availability. Ninja, Crossfire, Empire, all have really good customer service and can help you out if you ever have a problem.
I had a ninja 50/45 that had a crack in the gel coating, sent it to ninja, and they sent me a brand new bottle, which was even the newer version of the one i sent in. Great customer service, they can help you out with whatever you might need of ypu get a used bottle
