I have 700 to spend and I was wondering which one. They all cost around the same price for me.

If you are concerned with performance forget the Rev-i and decide whether you want a poppet or spool.

I understand that poppets are louder for but more efficient, and spools are smoother but less, but I'm more concerned with the resale value, the maintenance, and the overall feel

If your concerned about resale, forget about the DM and Revi.
Maintenance goes to ego11.
Feel... You'll have to hold one yourself since it's different for everyone

Why does the DM12 not have a good resale value compared to the ego?

Wbo cares about resale value? Are you buying the gun to play paintball with or to have sot arkund and then sell it later?

Low resale isn't even a con because it just means you can buy it cheaper...

If you buy a Revi or a Dm buy used. The resale wont change much than it already has over the years. I have a revi for sale I dont want to be the guy who advertises outside of BST but They are great spoolies for the price. DMs normally you can get for about half their normal retail value once someone opens the box. They make pretty great markers. Egos are poppits so would be different than the spoolies ( kickier and a little louder) but will get amazing efficiency. Bob long G6r well they are just great markers in general. It all depends on if you prefer spools or poppits. What is more important a smooth quiet shot or good efficiency. Out of all the markers you listed I would highly suggest buying used because nowadays Its just not worth it to buy things at full price when you can normally find the same marker used a couple of times for a couple hundred bucks less. Thats my take on the markers :P
