It is of similar value and performance to your PMR. People tend to have issues with DP. I haven't owned one, but I do like how they feel and shoot.

In general, I wouldn't trade any gun for another of similar value unless I had a specific reason. If your works great and you are satisfied, why bother?

i would keep the rail
the two markers are nearly identical in all aspects except reliability. a lot of the dp guns that i hear about have bolt stick issues.
so unless you want macroless, keep your marker. also i believe that a proto will retain its value better than a DP.

honestly keep the rail, you arent getting anything really different and if you ever want to trade or sell your marker, it'll be easier to do so with a rail and a g5

$225 is a fair price for an upped rail
in the add for the marker, list that it has a good noid and put up a shooting video that shows that the marker works properly
if you're trying to sell local, the paintball field is the best place to sell it
this allows possible buyers to test the marker for themselves to see that it works
and you can talk out a deal face to face with no delay and no possibility of a scam

If it were me, I would just get a new trigger and keep the rail

Keep the rail unless you don't want a macroline. I also heard that the g5 qualities vary. Apparently some function really well and some terribly. In my opinion keep the rail. And 225 sounds like a fair price to sell your rail
