So i aired up my G6R for the first time today with a ninja slp 45/45 and i shot fine no leaks but i was getting horrible efficiency. i got 3 pods in 3k. my lpr is set at ~60 and the hpr is at set at 160.The gauge on the tank is somewhat cracked could that be the problem? It also has a lp poppit and a pillow bolt

Do you know if you were underboring or overboring? The LP poppet will decrease efficiency over the standard poppet. Also, IIRC the LPR is factory set between 65-75 psi, so you're running a bit low of that. The low LPR combined with the LP poppet could be part of the issue.

While a more empty tank would invalidate your test, 2 of my ninja tanks have the exterior plastic face of the gauge cracked. They work fine.

Running a higher dewll and using a LP poppet will both cause efficiency loss. My suggestion would be to clean your regs first, second set your dwell to 6 which is stock and sweet spot your regs at that.
