alright so im wondering since i have a hero 3 go pro, and if you hold it in your hand its to small and it will probably shake if you move around. i just want to take recording shots of everything while like walking around.

in this video

how do they make the camera so still and smooth?

do they use a hand held tripod mount or one they put on the ground?

and what do you reccomend me doing?

thanks!

They likely use a glidecam.

ive seen cassidy use a tripod that he braces against his body when hes filming and moving at the same time
shoulder stabilization equipment works well if you're filming with a DSLR or video camera but seems a little much for a gopro

fluid head tripods are the best for smooth video if you're stationary and most videographers use those

for your gopro and the type of filming you do i suggest looking at something like this http://www.amazon.co...84044250&sr=1-8
