This is a poll just for fun to figure out how many times a day everyone here checks in on TechPB. Just give an estimate, there is no way to tell the exact number of times you check the forum a day.

P.S. Feel free to make the post section of this thread into a meme overload. :P

So this post is to make you feel better about yourself being on too much? It is obvious that you take the cake as well as the mods, and Dev. even though he lurks.

To answer I check it as soon as I start up Chrome because it is my start up page.

Wow, I'm crushed kingJurzy :dodgy:. jk

I did not make this thread to make myself feel better about being on too much. I was reading through the thread in the Rant section called "It's so dead" and I thought it would be interesting to find out how often everyone is active.

Take your response and piece it together, it will tell you why the forum is "dead".

It used to be so active but it died down a little because it feels like there is barely interesting threads being made and the ones that are interesting go unnoticed, for example http://www.techpb.co...ished-surprise/. This thread is interesting with someone doing something out of the realm of normality. I have not seen anyone post anything to this thread. It is not every day you want to remove the anno on your marker and make it shiny but he is on 11 posts and 9 of them are his.

My point is that it is not that is it dead because currently there are 928 users online of which 20 to 100 are actually active. We just need to participate more and create content that reel in interest.

A lot of the members who made shenanigans were banned or left.

I found a big difference in numbers after the last big site remodel.  It never helps a site when its down for more than 2 weeks.  And on top of that the new layout is unappealing in both desktop and mobile formats.  Certainly turned me off.  Shouldve kept the old style.  It was very well made.

I used to go on a lot more, like a few times per day. Now I'm on techpb maybe once every 2-3 days (but i usually leave myself signed on for whatever reason)

I think mike was right in the "Its so dead" thread. Funny members being banned, the new layout, the times the forum has gone down all have contributed, but not nearly as much as websites like facebook taking much of the interest away from forums.
