Got it hydrod a few days ago. First it was leaking from the nipple so I replaced it. Now it's leaking from the exhaust port on the side of the reg.

You need to get your reg serviced. If it's user-serviceable then instructions should be available from the company. If you can't service it then take it to your pro shop.

i dont have a local pro shop around here. I usually try to do anythig myself.  What if the reg is bad, would i just purchase a new one? Expensive much?  I already spent $30 to get it hydro'd and $10 for the new nipple.  While i just picked up a "peanut" for cheap, i'd like to have 2 tanks to have for my laoner gun when my friends come out with me.

If the reg is bad then yes you'll need a new one. Most likely a rebuild kit will be able to fix it, but I don't know, I don't know what reg is on it, I've never dealt with a bulldog tank before.

It's not an exhaust port, it's a blow out disc.  Replace it.

(Exhaust port in a way, but not a valve.)
