The Rail doesn't need anything special in terms of input pressure. Any of the regs that put out 800ish psi would be fine. I would definitely get a 68/4500 if it's comfortable...the Rail is a gas hog.

I'm also 6'2" with long arms and a 68/4500 is perfect for me.

This is pretty much the opposite of the advice you want to follow. Buy a tank that is comfortable regardless of position/play style.

Agreed. I'm hella short, as in 5' 5", and I play snake and I'm that guy who goes to s1 off the break, and I find 68/4500's comfortable.

Get a Ninja Grey Ghost 68/4500 with an adjustable regulator. I'm 5'10 and it feels just fine.

Mike has a video on tank size. Watch that before making a final decision. With that said I have a rail and the ninja 77 ci works great for me and I'm 5 9 ish. It's about 1 inch longer than a 68 and just as re sale able. Plus side is you will get an extra pod or so before needing to refill
