spool valve break in

can any one tell me what the average number of cases that need to be shot through a spool valve paintball gun in order for it to be broken in. yes, i understand that all guns are different but i just wondering a average of how many cases it takes.

If you properly fit the orings you wont need to break it in.

for some reason im not seeing the NT test on our website, but i remember it being similar to the G6R, well under 500 shots.


The ultimate truth in paintball is that the interaction between the gun and the player is far and away the largest factor in accuracy, consistency, and reliability.

Don't worry about break in, especially on spoolies.  Nobody is going to waste a case of paint after each rebuild.

there are some glitches in the site - I plan to re-work it when Willie finishes the server migration.

 

But yes, it was in the 50-100 shot range.  So siefert - .05 cases.  Also known as the first loader.

I didn't spend much time formatting - but basically the important numbers are the running 100 shot average column and the running 100 shot SD.
