I understand that the reg is not user serviceable. so my questions are- does it not need to be serviced like other regs? if so if I didn't want to void the warranty would I have to send it in to have it cleaned? how is the customer service by the company, examples would be appreciated.

Kee has very good customer service. The regulator is not meant to be user serviceable, however servicing it will not void your warranty. If you break something while servicing your own reg, it will void your warranty. It's probably just easier to send your Axe to Kee rather than acquiring the tools necessary to service it yourself.

Kee's customer service is one of the very best in paintball and you will have nothing to worry about if you send it in.

Example: was told by DP that I was SOL when my air tank got stuck in their asa the first time screwing it in and Kee had me send it in and what I thought was just going to be a new bonnet, they instead sent me a brand new tank instead. Still had to get a new asa, but they really didn't need to send a brand new tank.

KEE Recommends you just put a drop of oil every once and a while in your asa to keep it working properly. As mentioned earlier KEE has excellent customer service so if you ever do have an issue they will definitely take care of you.

Thanks for the replies everyone. Originally wasn't considering this gun due to the way if felt. Just cant ignore the shot quality for this price lol. Ill figure it will get comfortable after awhile of playing.

Yeah personally I find if you wrap your hand fully through the trigger guard and around the foregrip or use the nummech grip extender its super comfy IMO.
