I have a ninja pro, and I was just wondering if I should take some shims out to use it with my axe or just leave it at 800psi?

Just leave it 800psi. You would only need to change it if you Got a Bob Long marker.

No, you're fine as it is. The Axe will be fine, and further along with this point changing tank reg pressure has no effect on the performance of the gun (or any gun). Issues with some guns arise due to poorly designed body seal points (*cough* bob long *cough*), but how the gun actually functions is independent of the tank reg if it has a halfway decent HPR.

Yeah 800 is fine. Just keep your pressure below 200 out of the ASA. The manual mentions 450 is desired but works off of 850 as well.
