I just got back from a day at the field and I have an extra case of paint left in the box un-opened. How/where can I store the paint so that it doesn't swell or get too brittle? thx

How long are you planning on keeping it?

turn it 180 degrees once a week and take it out of the box and lay it flat so the balls are not stacked on top of one another.

I recently took a case out of the closet and it was literally 2 years old. One bag was opened and the paintballs were severely dimpled. The other 3 bags were still unopened and shot just fine. They were a little hard but they were in perfect round shape and were a consistent .682-.684 match.

What I do is I found a big flat box (like from costco) and if I have open paint I pour it into the box and rotate the balls every couple of days, the box I have fits about 1000 paint balls in to layers.

^Not worth it. I just have the box of paint and rotate a few times a week.
