Hey guys. Im in the market for a new gun and wanted some other peoples thoughts. I am hoping to stay under $450. Heres what I was thinking:

1.Dangerous Power Rev-I with techt

2. MacDev Clone VX

3. Luxe 1.0( hoping they will drop once OLED comes out)

4. V3 Machine Vapor

5. Dye Dm12

6.2013d Demon

I am always open to other recommendations, but I am looking for a marker that is smooth and wont fail on me for this upcoming season (Please don't recommend axes or egos). Thanks

MacDev makes good markers but you should also look into the Tippmann Crossover XVR.

Clone Luxe and DM dominate these choices IMO. I wouldnt shoot a Luxe without the 2.0 core though personally. Just too likely to have FSDO without a spring in even slightly cool temperatures. Pick based on ergonomics really.

Is your request to exclude axes and egos based on the fact that they are not smooth and/or reliable (as implied by your phrasing) or for another, unspoken reason (like egronomics)?

...um...I have another stupid question...

My guess would be since those two are both poppets and his comparison included only spools.

Have you ever owned one of these markers with either "upgrade", or used them?

The reason he doesn't want an axe, or anything planet is because he is on a team that doesn't neccisarrily support those companies. They are huge Dangerous Power fans, and I know atleast 1 of them has a vapor and loves it.

I play anything.

My setup ~ Dangerous Power Revi with a Techt bolt, 68 4500 empire tank, Dye Rotor, Dye I4s with amber and mirror lense, valken redemption pants, Empire 2012 Contact Jersey, Nike Cleats

Who cares what your teammates support? They shouldn't. Unleas iys due to a sponsorship contact, let him get what he wants.

I would say Dye NT if you like to tinker with your guns, but if you want bone stock reliability and smoothness to match I would say to go with the DM12.
