Is it possible to make a spire feed like a rotor? As in, no pulsing, just straight feeding?

I ask this because I really like the way the spire looks and I think I'd like to switch, I just don't like the way the spire works.

When it detects a shot and there is no resistance on the motor it will constantly spin. The Rotor doesnt put constant force on the stack with the motor either.

I'm confused.

Then why does the spire pulse when its empty. That's what I'm trying to achieve. If its possible to get the spire to spin without pulsing. And only stop spinning if there is tension.

Wait now I'm confused. Why would it matter if it pulses or spins without paint?

It pulses so if you shoot your hopper dry, when you reload, it will put paint down the feedneck. That's assuming I understand what you're asking.

Im asking if it's possible to have it spin constantly instead of pulsing.

No, the spire will not spin constantly.

You want it to be like the rotor, but unfortunately they work on entirely different principals.

Question is, why does it matter what the loader does when it's empty?

You would think that you'd want it the other way around, because a motor going constantly uses up more batteries than one that pulses.

I am really interested in trying the spire and profits.

Also wish I had money to buy a GSL. I'm gonna be almost 100% PE in two years anyway.

Guy at my local field loves his.

I know it is a while away, but in two years I'll likely be playing in Virginia.

Flex and Vio >>>> Profits IMO. Better chin/jaw protection, foam that actually fits your face right (and is just as comfortable) as well as being more breathable (MUCH better in the case of Flexes).

Dat Vio tho. I loved the way they felt. Felt like a larger i4, and more breathable

Why does the pulsing matter anyway? When you dump a pod in there the spire detects that as well. So the only thing were the pulsing becomes a problem is when feeding the last few balls.
