Angel eyes were a mask that was supposed to be released several years ago. Prototypes were made and debuted, and there was a shitload of hype. Everyone wanted them, but then they failed to come out and the company (Angel) went under.

Someone bought the intellectual property, re-worked them a smidge, and is now releasing Angel Eyes under a different company and name.

I think it's cool that so many players are getting their prayers answered with this mask haha. In my opinion, though, they're hideous. They look like something out of Halo. I don't understand why the lens flares out at the top like that, and don't even get me started on the molding of the front vents

I think the scifi look is what people like about them.  My daughter said they remind her of something out of mass effect.    In the end it is a mask so how it feels on the face what will be the most important part.

Didn't the eyes not pass the safety tests or whatever? Will this one be safe?

........ And right after I posted that I watched a video answering my question. So they're safe now... I guess we'll see what Tiberius can do. LETS SEE SOME REVIEWS... later on in life. Then I will worry about getting a pair or not.

It seems really funny that Tiberius of all companies released this mask. It doesn't match their style or milsimy-ness that well. However, nice to see this matter put to rest, in a fairly positive way. Also, which one were you at Disruptive snapshooter? Cause I was talking to all 3 of you guys on Sunday and had no idea which one was you.

Theyre launching the "C2" line which is more speedball-oriented according to one of the videos.

Smart move on their part.  No marketing needed.

If they were truly speedball oriented, one would assume that they would take the time to shave down those lenses so you're not an enormous target when you go to snapshoot. Although, if they are making a new line, reviving the Angel Eyes is how to open. It's a lot like Apple when they release a product; they release a few pictures and suddenly the internet is full of speculation, videos, and hype. Very little marketing required on their part, because Angel already did it for them.

Anyone else feel like the design is cool yet awkward? I feel like the idea is to make it look sleek but IMO it looks really big and bulky, like there is a lot of unnecessary material
