I recently sent my 2011 PMR to dye for a repair. I had a warranty on it and everything. They recieved the gun on Thursday the 27th becuase I checked the tracking and they haven't said a word about the repair or anything. I e-mailed their customer support to ask to see if they even recieved the gun or they rejected it and they never e-mailed me back. What should I do? I need an update because I need the gun before the next team practice. Have any of you had to just wait till the package came back to you?
