I have been looking for a barrel sock to fit my Tippmann TiPX with the stock barrel.

I was thinking a wide-mouth design like the one Tippmann makes for flatline/apex barrels could fit securely over the whole TiPX front end (covering the barrel and CO2 cap).

Can anyone confirm this?

Thanks.

Just use the plug they come with stock, it works well enough. If you don't have one, contact Tippmann. If you ask nicely enough they might send you one for free.

A big flatline style sock will work.  However you have no access to the CO2 cap.  So, use the stock one if you have it.  Just make sure it is nice and tight, it can shoot off easily.
