Right now this is what im using:

Dangerous power g3 (stock)

Invert halo too

Ninja pro 68/4500 grey ghost

Nxe pod pack

Porto pro axis mask

Should I upgrade anything or should I focus on getting a good pair of pants and jersey? Any suggestions would be great!

do you have pads? if you don't then get a good quality set of elbow and knee pads. i would recommend dye, eclipse or HK
if you do have pads then either get a nice set of pants or save your money for entry and paint

What do you do next? Throw on a sweatshirt and pants and go play :)

Get some better clothes/ pads and save up for new stuff in a while. Your setup is really good for now.

Get pads and pants. Jersey is totally up to you on how cool you want to look. Longsleeves work perfectly fine. I just recommend you getting something that can cover up your elbow pads. I've had my elbow pads for 2 years, and they've lasted pretty well since then. No significant signs of wear at all, other than at the half glove, which has very minor wear on the threading. My friend has his Empire Prevails, and they ripped on him in the fall, and he got them in the summer. He never wore a longsleeve over it, so he dived and slide into the dusty rocky dirt with just the EVA foam on the pads. Arizona terrain is like the ultimate test of durability of your gear.
