I plan on picking up one of these two tomorrow. I find the E-vents to be more comfortable but hard to breathe in and it echos. The Grillz are less comfortable but have way better ventilation and don't echo. Which should i go with?

Thank you

If you find the Events comfortable try a Proflex and Eflex. Similar fit but way more breathable and have much better communication.

i really liked my E-vents, they never fogged, had good ventalation and looked pretty cool with a mirror lens ( just like a grill though). i guess you just have to try them on but i wouldnt hesitate on the E-vents ( because i owned them :/ )

Don't limit yourself to just the Grill, E-vent, or E-flex, all of them are great choices. If you can find a Vforce Profiler to try on then try it on as well, great ventilation, better field of view than the Grill and I.M.O looks better than the Grill. (I own a Grill, Profiler, Vio, and soon an E-vent so I thought I would chime in.)

Well like chasethatpaint said dont limit yourself. The scope of vision that the profilers provide is unparalleled. Plus the crew of Techpb is very fond of the proto pro axis. Anyway, if you are stuck on events/grillz, try on the eflexs! They are improved events!

I would not give the eflex time of the day, if you like flex bottoms get the proflex or of you like more tight look into the grill.

It all boils down to personal preference

It's just not for him. As some masks are for other people. It's all dependant on the person. He'd have to try them out to see if he likes them. I personally use the E Flex and love it.

just saying you shouldn't immediately shoot down a mask just because they aren't your personal preference.

The Empire Events/Eflex get my vote over the Grillz as they work better with my glasses.  Due to this, if I wanted a Vforce mask instead of Empire I'd go with a Profiler.

I love my V-Force Grill Goggles, but I have a mammoth head.

To the OP's original question: if restricted to a binary choice between comfort+echo+claustrophobia and discomfort+quiet+breathability, I would go with the latter (I can take a bunch of rubbing and cutting-in to feel like I can breathe). However, as others have said, maybe you can have it all: keep looking.

(BTW you people are doing this ALL WRONG: I have not seen one reply about how "XXXX shits on YYYY". Get it right!)

...um...I have another stupid question...

I would never tell anyone which mask to buy, but if you have a big ole melon head, you should definitely try the Grill.

IMO, I find the Vforce Grillz very comfy and great visuals depending on the lens you are using. I also own a Proflex and a Eflex, and all of them to me are all great.
