hi i am 5, 11" and 180 lbs what size pads should i get because i found a set of HK army elbow and knee pads. how do they size and where do i fit? s/m, large, or XL?
OH MY GOD THEY'VE GOT ION'S RUN!!!!!!!!

on the ansgear website, if you go to the page of the pads that you want, there will be a sizing chart specifically for that pad. HK should have a sizing chart on their website as well.
but i highly suggest looking at eclipse pads or dye pads over HK pads. Nothing against HK (i have a pair of their knee pads myself) but eclipse and dye pads will offer a little bit more mobility and they will be a little bit softer.

I agree, Dye and Eclipse make more durable pads.
