I'm not sure what brand the remote line is, it looks a lot like the pure energy one. But ima try to explain where the leak is located.  The part where the tank screws into has a on and off.  The on and off is a knob that I turn clockwise to turn on and counter clockwise to turn off.  On the knob there is a small allen key screw.  If i back the screw out, the knob no longer is attached to the screw and turning the knob does nothing.  The air is leaking out of the allen key screwn no matter how tight i make it.  I Ive tried wrapping tons of teflon but no luck also tried loctite. There is no leak if the other end thats suppose to go into the gun is unpluged.

Have you tried checking the o-ring(s) on the plunger?  Might be sheared.  See below pic.  This is not a pure energy line but it will be similar, for reference only.
