Hey "Nice Guys",
A nice guy wouldn't attempt to guilt-trip a girl into dating him.
A nice guy wouldn't attempt to vilify another woman in an attempt to make himself or the other woman feel better about themselves.
A nice guy wouldn't make over-encompassing and incredibly misogynistic remarks towards women.
A nice guy would understand that women have just as much choice in who they want to date and that they shouldn't feel pressured to date somebody they don't want, regardless of how "nice" those guys may think they are.
A nice guy would realize all these things, shed all these arrogant feelings of pretentious entitlement, and treat a woman how she should be treated, as a human being with a right to make decisions for herself and her life.
Maybe then, you "nice guys" can realize that there is no such thing as the "friend-zone" or being "forever-alone" unless you personally fabricate that situation yourself.

Well said, but sadly you can only bring a horse to water. You cant make it drink. It seems that attitudes like this are a self-perpetuating cycle for the person.

You werent encouraged to write this by any recent news event by chance, were you?

Actually no, I didn't find out about that situation until after I had planned to write this.
I wanted to do this after seeing the bullshit picture I've red X'd here on tumblr. The post also included many misogynistic asshats wondering why they're not suddenly entitled to explore a woman's crotch-cave after tipping their trilbies.

Me and my psych major friend were just going through his videos listing l the conditions he exhibited. It was a lot. Clearly needed some SERIOUS help.

With his mannerisms and that ridiculous laugh Im pretty sure he just saw his life as a movie. And himself as the misunderstood and driven to violence and hate villain.

I've seen this opinion other places on the interweb, I agree. If you watch his 'Day of Retribution video' it's quite the monologue. Seems like he rehearsed everything he was going to say along with his evil laugh in front of his mirror.

I don't think so, he was said to have been friends with people heavily into misogynism who, I assume influenced him greatly, it was kind of clear that he felt women to be nothing. That women were his and he was going to kill them in what he felt was a justified punishment in his twisted mind. Remember that if we look at this through a philosophical standpoint reality is perception.

His problems ran far deeper than being a misogynist.

No they really didn't, if you wanna go and nit pick and run through traits you can do that. But misogyny was the main reason he killed those girls, what misogyny means to him may not be what it means to you which is something we can relate to religion or belief, some people take religion peacefully while others blow shit up in the name of their respective gods. Perspective my friend. I'm just getting tired with all the "he killed them cause he was mentally challenged" no, not everyone is mentally challenged, there are people who kill because of a deeply rooted belief instead of an inconsistency

He was a textbook example of narccissm and an external locus of control. He believed the world was persecuting him and seemed to have extreme difficulty understanding fundamental aspects of human interaction.

It wasnt as simple as him simply reading a few things on r/redpill, agreeing with them and deciding women were evil so he was going to go shoot some.

Your example of a jihadist or someone similar isnt comparable because they are manipulated from childhood into having such fervent beliefs.

I'd just like to point out that he killed some males as well. He was a misogynist, no doubt about it, but blaming his deeds purely on misogyny is a little misguided.

He hated everyone; men and women, thus he was misanthropic.

Ah, but he had a very specific trigger for his anger. I dont think he hated his parents, or teachers, or the old lady next door, etc.

With his mental illness, his trigger could have been anything. Trying to apply meaning to something random when the key to the matter was his mental state is pointless.
