I haven't a clue if any of this makes sense to anyone other than myself, but after reading it myself I know I just didn't word everything right, but I'm not sure how to either. I sure hope others understand what I'm trying to say.

Like I said, everyone reacts differently. But most likely your simply doing thing w/ your legs when you play that you normally don't during the rest of the week. Even if you jog periodically or lift weights, its still different motions and movements from actually using them.

I used to be really fit. still am. But I always feel sore on my legs after a day of play. It is the awkward positions that you are not used of that makes it harder. Like if you were just running it wouldn't be as bad but when you're like sitting in the air for the most part, it is a different story. You try to get that perfect angle on an opponent, you gotta use your legs for support whether it be fully standing, or like somewhat sitting in the air(dunno how to explain) just to be unpredictable on where you snap. and also being in a crouching position for a very long time is really uncomfortable..
Right. You may notice when you hold your body in an abnormal position for several moments you'll feel your muscles twitching to keep balance. These musles are constantly fighting to keep your body in the same position. You generally don't work those the same way in normal activities. This is the same reason why free wieghts are generally more difficult than machines.

Even riding a bike will help. I used to experience the same thing that you're feeling after playing paintball. Now that I ride my bike to work and school every day I have very little soreness in my legs no matter how hard I play.

try jogging lightly half way around the outside of the playing area and walking the rest don't stop to switch between paces.
after this then stretch each major muscle for 30 seconds... yes 30... so basically do each stretch for 30 seconds.
and then walk around the outside of the field again...
The principal behind this is to ensure you get a proper warm down, getting rid of any lactic acid and the jogging/walking combined with the stretching will help ensure your muscles don't tighten up.

Alright thanks for the advice everyone. And texas i jog at every oppertunity atleast three miles. I would say about once a week. If not i go to the gym. But i appreciate the advice anyway.
You're obviously fit, the problem must be dietary. Pretty sure what Ced was thinking of earlier is potassium. You need it, so grab a couple bananas before you play and see if that makes you feel better. A trick to help soreness is to lay on your back and sit with your legs straight up in the air, getting some lactic acid out. Worked for me.
Or, heck, maybe it's not even a problem. Running hard all day long is bound to make you sore.

I keep in good shape, i lift weights do situps and jog occasionally. I live in a rather bad neighborhood though and the only chance i have to jog is at night, so i don't go that often. I have very little body fat. My problem is after a day of paintball my legs are sore beyond belief. I just can't understand why, i stretch before a day of paintball very throughly. But its almost debilitating how sore they get. Its right on the top part of my thigh. I just don't get why it happens to me, if anyone could shed some light as to why its happening and how i can rectify it. I would greatly appreciate it.
stretch afterwards too and maybe even do a cool down of some sort
also make sure you eat alot of protein so you muscles can restore themselves properly =)
i run track so i know about leg pain

I typically run about once a week, anywhere from 7-10 km (or 4.3 - 6.2 if you're American) and one of the best, tastiest, and inexpensive ways to get protein is chocolate milk. I just go to the store buy a medium sized chocolate milk. I don't really know what the soreness is from, my guess would be the stretching and Lactic acid build up as a few said above, but if the problem is in the protein, I'd drink chocolate milk.
