Put this in your sig if you've ever ran into a tree playing paintball.

i think you're trying to say that your friend bought a faulty myth reg... and that it shot out from the gun... but other than that, i really don't know what else you're saying.

please go back and edit your post. add some punctuation, add some words to make the sentences meaningful, and the post readable. this seems like a serious problem, but what good is it when no one can understand whatever it is you're typing?

r u saying that you and your friend put the myth reg on the tank by yourselves. or are you saying the tank came with the myth already on the bottle. and wen the bottle shot off was the myth still on the bottle or did the bottle shoot off the myth reg.your really lucky no one was killed

i think this didn't really happen... it doesn't seem plausible that screwing in a tank far enough to reach the pin depressor, would cause a situation where the bottle would fly out of the asa. the threads are already gripping onto the threads of the asa, and the pressure coming out of the reg isn't exactly strong enough to rip through the threads of the reg or asa.

well if what ive read b4 is correct, if this was a fake myth reg there is nothing in the reg that actually regulates the air, so if all 4500 psi (depending on what tank you have) is going to burst out at one time, that might be enough to shoot it off the gun....???
