Here is a list of resources you can use for Photoshop:

If you are new to photoshop, I suggest you go to this site first: Learn Photoshop in one week or watch these Youtube videos.

Programs
(FREE) (PIRACY IS ILLEGAL)
GimpShop A great free program that looks like photoshop (you cannot use the free brushes listed below....see next program for compatibility)
Gimp - The original program, you can use .abr (adobe brush files) listed below with this program. The "better" choice between these 2

Tutorials:
Deziner Folio- Great site, has good tutorials as well as other articles you can read about.
Web Designer Wall- Awesome site, has great information on trends, good tutorials and an enjoyable blog to read.
HongKiat- Tons of information, many tutorials, freebies, how-to, and tools.
All Graphic Design- The site name says it all, lots of information.
My Photoshop Brushes- Many brushes, patterns, gradiants, and tutorials.
Smashing Magazine- Lots of information for photoshop as well as other stuff

Brushes:
Brusheezy- Lots of brushes and patterns!
My Photoshop Brushes- Many brushes, patterns, gradiants, and tutorials.

Vectors:
Vecteezy- Lots of vectors to choose from.

Other:
ColourLovers- Amazing site for finding what colors to use. Many color schemes as well as patterns to look at. Can also find the latest trend colors used on websites and magazines.
BigOwners- Gives you design inspiration of great websites.

http://www.photoshopcafe.com/

DeviantArt
DeviantArt is a good resource for many things graphic design related. To search for brushes or fonts just type whatever you are looking for +brushes/fonts (for example - search for blood splatter brushes will bring up photoshop brushes that you can download from the bar on the left). This website is also a good resource for reference material and tutorials.

Remember guys, give credit where it is due. If you design a Jersey for your team, it wont hurt you at all to list the creator of the fonts or brushes that you used somewhere on the jersey as a sponsor. Also you should send the creator of these files an email with a picture of your work (jersey/website) so that they can use it in their portfolio. They helped you out by giving out free resources, help them out by giving them credit and helping get them their next job.

Please post your favorite websites to read and learn about Photoshop as well as graphic design and such.
