The Spin bikes are prooven to burn 500+ Calories in just 30 minutes! You can burn and loose soo much weight this way. Between this and swimming, you would be amazed. I am going to start doing this at our local gym. This just absoultule amazed me.

my school has a spin room. every thursday we spin for 45 minutes

nice but i will have to stick to the road it is very easy to get tired of setting there for thirty minutes i ride 10 to 20 miles(try to ride)a day on a single gear for my other sport bmx racing

I wrestled last year. It was probbally the hardest sport I have ever played. I lost 14 lbs when wrestling season was over. too bad I hated it.
I also roadbike, so thats why I found this mildy intresting.

run stairs for about 20-25 minutes twice a day for 4 days a week. you'll lose mad weight. and you'll gian stamina

Spinning you pretty much have to try and make your legs fall off, but yea it is a good work out. It just sucks. :P

nah jp i do tabata method, 4 minutes of the biggest bitch of an exercise you'll ever do, EVER

lets break it down, pick ur fav exercise that involves alot of muscles(soon to be most hated XD) for ex: squats
now
20 seconds: fastest and most # of x's u can do it
10 seconds: rest
20 seconds: fastest and most # of x's u can do it
and so on.
its only 4 minutes, do it every other day, u'll loss alot of wieght since this revs ur metabolism up but ur gonna be so sore
i don't think u can sit down without collapsing onto your chair xD
ARE THOSE MY BALLS ON YOUR FACE =D?

Yup i wrestle. I'm doing Team Georgia and Grecco and Freestyle tournaments this summer. Best work out ever I lost 7 pounds at practice last sunday. Plus some camps too.

thats not really that good i burn 900 in 40 on and eliptical i run-jog desent speed for 20 mins the switch it to 10 incline witch is like running high knees a 100 precent restence

reminds me of cutting wieght for wrestling...... if anyone wrestles even if you're a few under dont eat dinner and breakfast before wiegh ins....... i went home at 110 and i ate a little dinner and i wieghed in at 113 in the morning without breakfast so i missed wieght and was pretty pissed

12 lbs in a week is all i have to say

wrestling is ohio SUCKS

so i quit a few years ago =] i wasnt much good at it anyways

about the spin bike, if you do JUST the spin bike for too long, you'll develop one set of muscles and once they are built to what you've been doing, you'll burn less calories... you gotta mix it up, you dont wanna peak one set of muscles and let the rest grow weak
