I saw this product about a week ago on Youtube. It's Goblin Micro-Launcher Solo, Even the name is misleading. Micro-"Laucher"solo. puah! This thing is very retarted.

IT's priced at 89.99! and the most funniest thing about the whole thing is that if you want more 1 Rd shells you have to buy 5 for 59.99!!! thats is straight up SHIT!

even if you try'd shooting it your most likely not going to hit what you want because they thing it extremely inaccurate! I try'd one of these things today and I couldnt stop laughing at the guy who bought it.

http://www.ansgear.c...aunchersolo.htm

"The Goblin Micro launcher is ideal for when your gun jams, you run out of CO2 or you just need one good shot to take down an oncoming enemy."
I Really want to see someone do this.

Instead of buying this, buy a Tiberious handguns for 100 brand new. or buy a Piranha USP,TPX or a spyder Chaser.

This is meant for closer range takeouts. If you miss a guy from 5-10ft, you need to rethink whether this is the right sport for you

With a barrel that size I'm not sure accuracy at even those distances is assured....

And if you're that close why not just *throw* a paintball at them?

i had a guy take about 5 shots at me on a barrelgrounds(50 gallon barrels) field. i had my barrel off cleaning it and he didn't know i was there till i just screwed it back on. i was so close and he was so excited he did a runby when he did see me so close and missed me with all 5 shots while i tagged him as he was running by. he was an experienced and decent player. he spazzed and asked for a paint check because he couldn't believe he missed. the ref confirmed i was completely clean. this was with a regular electro.

moral of the story, no matter how close you are, there's always a chance of fucking up if the stress is too much for you. ;)

Hmm seams like a lot of trouble for only one shot. They should make a riot version with 4 barrels that fires them all at once.

Its a niche product. I can see it being used by assassians/spys in scenario games as their equipment instead of a marker. Or for extreme hardcore pump players that want a even bigger challenge of hitting someone with ONLY one ball and with such a small marker.

That'd be so sweet though to like just go with no other gear, just cleats and either your normal paintball stuff or just all black. Then just wait for them or just head on rush them and make sure you get a kill.

Guys it's a novelty item to show off to your friends at the field or whatever. It serves no function, but I think we all want one.

I second that question.

And personally I plan on getting one of these. Yes they are not practical at all, but that is what makes them so awesome. They challenge you, sure you can take out people with and electro, a semi, a pump, and maybe even a stock class pump, but can you eliminate someone with TRUELY one shot? I'm up for the challenge Posted Image

It serves a function. It fires a paintball just like any other paintball gun.

This is probably the only thing I can think of. I was actually going to design a one shot assasination pistol using a bike tire inflator and an old cocker barrel. Basically you could palm this or otherwise stash it in/under a pod pack or something and either dead man walk or mock surrender to get close enough to the general, then go all John Wilkes Booth on him. 90 bucks is a shit ton for a gun youll use maybe 5 times a year. If you could somehow make a rail system like the handguns in desperado then MAYBE the coolness factor would go up by a bit.

In a sport(paintball) where people spend $500 on "grenade launchers" and "rocket launchers" is the idea of a compact 1 shot pistol really such a reach? No. It's a scenario item, it has a purpose. Just because YOU don't see what the purpose is, doesn't matter.

Course you could just carry some paintballs in a handy pocket or just the shells with pre loaded paintballs in them. Then just carry a handy c02 tank or just use a remote line.

Profesor Moriarty would smack you If he heaerd you talking shit about the paintball version of his gun.

Its a weekday. I wake up and go to school. I get teased for being weird. I know every anwser to the test but decide to forget them. I get turned down for a date. I get home, listen to people screaming constantly. My brother is crying because he lost his game, my mom blames me and tells me to find it even though I never tuched it. I go to bed after eating fried food I hate. I go to sleep to repeat the cycle. Now its a weekend. I show up to the field. For the next 5 hours Im a god.
