PSP ramping you just need to pull at 5 bps for the marker to ramp. Millenium you need to pull at 7.5 bps for the marker to ramp.

It's whatever you set your MROF to.

Usually millennium is set to 15 BPS (I think that's right) and now PSP is now 12.5 BPS officially. You can change the MROF to whatever you want if you don't play tournaments.

Can't change the rof in a Spyder. Your manual will tell you how to change between the modes though. http://www.spyder.tv...ctra_eye_09.pdf

well in a tournament and on the electra yes
otherwise on most markers you can adjust it to whatever bps you want so say on my slg, I can shoot 20bps in psp or millenium so both are equally as fast

Ramping is an added amount of shots to your ROF, up to a certain cap.

PSP rules state that the the minimum amount of trigger pulls needed in less than a second before the ramping is activated is 5, meaning that you have to shoot 5bps for your gun to start ramping. PSP also has a 1 second restart timer that keep the ramp active for 1 second after you stop pulling the trigger. This gives you a chance to begin shooting in ramping again without getting up to the activation speed.

Millennium has an activation point of 7.5bps but no 1 second restart timer. You have to keep your ROF consistently over 7.5bps to keep the ramp active.

The ROF caps in the PSP is 12.5bps for this season but it changes constantly. Millenium has been at 12bps for a few years now. The ROF cap does not decide what ramping is which, the activation point and the 1 second timer does. There is also talk of percentages but that's a bit too much info to swallow in one sitting.
