So I use to be about 175 and I began wrestling in November I now weigh 145-148 but wrestlings over. I have good wrestling workouts but never have really "conditioned" for paintball. If you have any good ideas post below please. :)

Actually wrestling workouts in general work great for paintball. They build functional strength, they focus on legs and core... all good!

Almost any workout that's well designed for any whole body sports performance is a great paintball workout. Football, wrestling, etc... all good. Basketball and baseball focus more on the arms than is necessary for paintball but ALL are better than non-sports workouts...long distance running, bodybuilding via isolation exercises, etc.

I've been running laps and general workout at the gym and sparring in jiu-jitsu I think I'll be able to run laps around some of the people I play with, conditioning-wise at least.

running laps is a warmup, SPRINTING laps is a workout. Long distance running focuses on one thing, making you better at long distance running, I don't recommend it because of repetitive stress injuries. Jiu-jitsu is an awesome workout. 'General workout at the gym'... well all depends on what you mean. If you work HARD with heavy weights then great. If you hang out and play around like half the people at my gym, then no. :)
