How much is he asking for it?

And also to the club, im running my dwell at 14 right now and my abs at 2 which should eliminate all my bolt stick problems. Im either gonna put my lpr anywhere between 90-110 psi. What do yall suggest I put it at?

It won't really... The Quest is a single tube spool valve marker, and the A1 is a triple tube poppet. They couldn't be any more different. The Quest has more heft to it, and certainly looks old school, but it's weight and body instill a bit of confidence that it won't just randomly break apart. You know, an ugly toughness kind of thing.

I won't presume to say that it's as nice looking as an Angel, but it's certainly got more balls.

Haven't played for a month Posted Image but it's cool...I'm just curious what adjustments I'd have to make if any now that I've got a tube of Hater 2 lube. I've been using SL33K and the Hater2 is crazy slick so I'm guessing it'll wear out quick which means I'd have to lube the bolt more often than with the SL33K.

On my previous Quests I couldn't tell the difference between the Goldmember and the stock bolt. Both shot smooth IMO. LPR...keep it at 90-100 with the GM....

You can find the Virtue board instructions on Virtues website. Your lucky board is most likely the Lucky Ace. Quest board manuals can be found on pbnation at this site: http://www.pbnation....d.php?t=2418234

yes the picture's terrible its the best I have at the moment.

Upgrades:
Snatch pin
tap mod
ndz center twister and mini rail
custom soldier eye harness because some previous owner screwed it up and I have the 2.4 board which uses a 3 prong connector

I'm still praying for the new fep bolt kit to come out so that I dont have to do some ghetto modding (and find someone that's selling a gold member).

I dont believe its custom, but the "olive" looks a lot more like gold to me than olive. This is one of the latest OG quests because it came with the invq 2.4 board, which is supposedly the last revision fep made before switching to the 07 style body.

Thin grips are a plus as the stock FEP grips are really thick. Here's a updated picture of my grips from Stinger...they are actually quite comfortable on my Quest.

I actually dislike the lexan grips for the Quest (or any gun). They get very slippery, and the thing doesn't feel like much of a gun. The stock grips on my Geo are actually thicker than the Quest stock grips, and they feel great. I'm going to try to pick up some more.

I don't know about your Geo but the Geo I had as well as all the Eclipse markers I've owned had grips that were not as thick as the Quest grips. Maybe it's the design of the grip frame and grips on the Eclipse markers that made them feel comfortable. Having owned 3 Quests I never really liked the Quest grips and the Stinger grips work well for me.

you'd be better getting a 150 psi gauge from CP, or anyother brand that makes 150 psi guages. With the 150 rather than the 300 you get better resolution on your pressure.

If you look at the board info in the pbnation stickies for FEP you will see the various ROF for all the boards listed:

http://www.pbnation....39#post41137739

Here is the manual: http://www.mediafire.com/?tayyj1ymene

Page two towards the bottom left of the manual it says:

Red Strobe MROF Eyes On 1 to 30 Default = 1
Controls the maximum rate of fire cap while the eyes are on.

Setting Value Setting Value
1 Uncapped 9 9 bps
2 15 bps 10 10 bps
3 15.1 bps 11 11 bps
4 15.2 bps 12 12 bps
5 15.3 bps 13 13 bps
6 15.4 bps 14 14 bps
7 15.5 bps 15 – 29 15 – 29 bps
8 15.6 bps 30 30 bps

You can also look at Page 3 as well.

I've owned both the Lucky Ace and Spitfire boards on my first two Quests and both worked really well. I currently have a Lucky Ace on my current Quest and an extra backup board not sure which one...it's one of the chip boards...I'll have to take a look at it when i get home.

I thin all quest boards but the invq 2.3-2.4 boards use 4 prong eyes so you should be good, unless you have an invq2.3 board. but if thats the case you should just send the chip out to get flashed/buy a new chip. I have that board and I like it.
