no lol get atleast a 2xl lol your belly button will hang out in a xl but you should always get a size bigger in jerseys or even 2 times bigger

I'm your size and a M works great for me. When you buy sizes bigger than your normal size, it looks like shit.

Ok no offense... but Im getting 2 completely different answers here... a 2xl and a medium...

Please lets go over this again... im about 6'2" and 135-140 lbs...

I believe a 2xl would be too big... way too big...

every company seems to size a bit different. i'm 6' 230 and my XSV pants are mediums and my empire jersey is a xxxl (one size too big). it's best to go to a shop and try a couple on to be sure. seems length will be your main concern
I saw your opinion, and i wiped it.

General rule of thumb that I had heard, order 1 size larger than your normal shirt. When I went to the store to try on an empire jersey it was too small as a medium (my normal size). Large fits much better since you don't want it to be snug.

Go with a large then but not any bigger.
Extremely baggy jerseys make you look like a kid wearing his dad's clothes. Cute when you're 4, retarded when you're 12+.

Lol I completely agree, I ordered a large, if I have any problems (which I think I wont) Ill simply return it for a different size. I appreciate everyone's help and consideration.

Im sure to be back with some more newbie questions ;)

Thanks!

That was extremely helpful, I took my measurements and a large should fit me perfectly with a little room to spare. I appreciate your help!!

Are you kidding me? Unless he is some freak Big and Tall Customer it'll fit just fine. A jersey that is too baggy looks idiotic, a large will be a great fit for him

While you wear a medium shirt and you have decided to get a L jersey, you have to take into consideration how big the sleeves will be when you have your elbow pads on. I know for a fact when i had a XXL jersey and empire 09 arm pads the jersey was way to tight in the arm area to allow proper movement. you just have to take into consideration all the other factors you will be dealing with, im 6ft and i wear a XXL-XXXL depending on if its a jersey or a long sleeve

You should try them, they make diving easier, and get you mad bounces so you can stay in the game longer

I'd say just Large.

Im 6,2 and XL work well for me, Sometimes on the large they can be to short. When I buy a jersey online I always get XL because I can always shrink it in the dryer if it is to big.Nevermind glad it worked out

That is a sexy looking jersey.
In the past couple of years we've seen companies disappear, we've seen teams fall apart, we've seen leagues fail. But we've also seen players humbly return to their "family" teams after enjoying a paid ride of being a hired gun by the highest bidder. We've seen industry gurus come back to the sport after selling off everything they worked so hard to build, only to start over again fresh and new. We've seen this sport suffer along with every other industry due to the current economic conditions, and yet we've seen survival.

if you have long arms go with 2xl. I am 6'3" 230 lbs. with long arms and the arms fit great.

Also i would call the CS dept. and ask about returns.

Go at least 1 size up from the shirt size you wear, if not 2.

Who is that player in the yellow shirt at team talk or whatever?
