Reading this thread and watching your TechPB vid has definitely got me a bit more interested in dropping some weight. Mike, how did you get motivated to begin your weight loss regimen? I think I've been pretty good about controlling intake, it's the additional output from working out that I need to add.
Like I said in the video, once you are overweight, you are now in the most discriminated against, hated, despised and ridiculed class of people. You will be ignored by people of the other sex, you will be passed over for job interviews, you will be passed over for promotions, you place yourself into a special class of discrimination.
You think women are discriminated against? You think black people, white people, asians, indians, eskimos, or (insert nationality here) are discriminated against?? The one thing they can ALL agree on, is that they ALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL hate overweight people, and have NO PROBLEM openly discriminating against them.
If that's not enough motivation to get your nutrition plan in order, I don't know what is.
