I swim every day after work, also try to fit in 4 days of weights/bowflex, and of course paintball sat/sun

All of the USF players should be doing at least 2 days on a stationary bike.

shouldn't we all have a workout program a little more intense? i mean if everyone does there own thing that's cool but i figured that we should all get together a couple times a month and do a team work out without an actual practice.

That would be cool, and ill jump in when I can but with my work schedule and where I live I don't see meeting up regularly being practical for me.

I agree on both accounts...

Anyway, my weekly workout consists of at bike riding at least 3 days a week for a minimum of 5 miles (usually much more), ab/core workouts at least 3 days a week, and weight lifting at least 3 days a week.

I personally don't care what players do to stay in shape, as long as they can go until the paint runs out.

If you show up out of shape, that's YOUR problem, and you don't need to make it everyone else's problem. If you can't play, at least try to help out somehow. Pick up pods, clean up boxes and bags, bring towels to the field to help wipe players down, fill up caddys and pods, etc

The thing that drives me crazy is when someone shows up, and starts bitching and moaning about how hot it is, how tired they are, they were drunk last night, didn't sleep, yada yada. I understand some players get heat exhaustion and have medical challenges, but if your tuckered out, just keep your mouth shut.

No one else can help you, so no one else needs to hear about it
