pretty much got ripped off by kitty

bought a tech mat from her a while ago etc... sent the money via paypal... waited a month got nothing (no email no package) I emailed her on here and she said "oh I'm sorry email me the date of the paypal transaction so I can go back into my records". I do that for her... (no response back (no package either!) it has now been several months and still nothing. I have been beyond patient for this. Yeah I get it, I didnt lose a ton of money here but I still feel ripped off and would like my stuff to come! As somebody that helps run this joint I would think kitty would be the last person to rip me off... sorry I had to vent because I feel this is just rediculous.

It probably slipped her mind. As soon as she gets back she will straighten this out.

I highly doubt that Kitty intentionally "ripped you off." She has a lot on her plate constantly, it may be something that just slipped her mind. Have you sent her any PMs or e-mails since the one telling her your transaction date? Have you made sure that she received the information and tried to bring it to her attention again?

Hopefully things will get sorted out for you, and I'm sure you'll find that this was just a mistake, nothing intentional.

I have pmed her a total of 3 times since the entire transaction went down... I will have to check my paypal history again to see when the date was i will post that in a moment...

"several months" hmm......its been less than 2. now you should expect a timely response but if someone has a good reason, 1.5 months isnt something to make a fuss about. not saying you shouldnt be annoyed or mad, but they way you made it sound....

Firstly - This has NOTHING to do with a question or concern about TechPB players club.

Ive not only PMed you but e-mailed you aswell.
I believe i may have even sent stuff out to you twice now,
although can't confirm until I am back in Hawaii with my shipping programme.

No i don't instantly respond to PMs, I get over 200 most days
and I do not have time to live in front of the PC.
Had you contacted me via muppet-mowers it goes through to my phone :)

You got caught in the middle of ll3, first parcel didn't make it for what
ever reason (it happens), well I can't do anything about this when I am
not in Hawaii.

I travel alot during the summer, mm is now closed because of this.
There was delay in me getting my things back from chicago to forfil
outstanding orders because we had no money left to pay for shipping.

All orders have been sent, unfortunately for you I am not on the mainland
again for a few weeks and had no idea your replacement hadn't got to you.
I have offered refund. But please don't go round making threads like
'Kitty ripped me off' Id hardly put myself out their like this for $15.
In fact with the amount I have no sent you its quite the loss.

I understand your frustration, but had you just ONCE contacted me
through muppet-mowers / email I would have known about your issues. I do NOT
generally respond or even read PMs on TechPB as I just get so many!

not trying to make you mad kitty... made this thread because I pmed you 3 times since may 2nd... and you said you would take care of it but I didnt get the package yet...n ow that I have pmed you again I heard from you so all is good I guess.... I dont know what muppet mowers is, I bought that stuff from you from this website. its the trinity sale you had one here not this muppet mowers you mentioned... I'm not mad I have patience just got frusterated for not getting my stuff... I will kindly wait till you get back to Hawii and then we can talk. I knew making a thread would probably upset you but this was before we gained communication again. I am not one of those immature brats who try to talk smack so please dont take this thread the wrong way.I was simply trying to reach out to the tech pb community to resolve the "issue" and since the title for this section titles "problems concerns issues" I only thought this would be an oppropriate place. I didnt want to put it in the bst feedback because I haven't got my stuff yet.

i dont want any hard feelings :)

several months was obviously an exageration but I have been waiting patiently... a lot longer then shipping actually takes. Kitty is obviously upset with me now, and this thread is getting way out of hand and that was NOT my intention. Forget it, its not worth what I paid to ruin friendships I've tried to make in this paintball community. I'm over it, not going to lose sleep over this.

Like I said in PM, I am away until the 15th on the mainland.
I have offered a refund or re-send of the trinity products.
I am just frustrated really, as I have contacted you and responded
and sent you at least one parcel, I can understand you being annoyed
but to say I ripped you off over $15 is rather harsh.

Anyway, not much we can do now until I am back in Hawaii on 15th.

kitty again I made this thread before we reconnected through PM at that point I thought I was ripped off. but yes its just a few bucks its not a big deal and this thread has been made into a HUGE DEAL (which was not its intention... I just wanted my stuff, and now that I know you tried sending it to me and it got lost in the mail and I not mad.. if anything I am mad at the postal service for losing my package lol. I understand and am totally cool with waiting till you are back... I was really looking forward to my camo tech mat but if thats not an option a refund is fine. whichever you prefer since you have already lost money on this its not really your fault at this point thats why I said I'm over it. You tried the postal service sucks... (im not losing any sleep over it. Just a situation gone bad due to circumstances out of our control. Like I said before no hard feelings this thread was made before you and I got connected again. Moderator please delete this thread as it has done nothing but get taken the wrong way.
