Topics I've Started

hey guys im having some trouble with my G3 that a couple techs havnt been able to figure out.
I will air up my gun, and it wil shoot perfectly, as soon as i change the velocity by a milimetre it stops shooting, the solenoid just stops clicking, i go back and it wont shoot, the only way to get it shooting again is to discharge the air by turning the velocity all the way back down and the same thing will happen, its very odd.

I seriously do not know what to say right now. Firstly, I'd just like to commend your efforts for what you did. This may sound cheesy, but it's almost as if you were this man's guardian angel or something. He was so indefinitely lucky to have a trained person close by.

You did all you could, and let me tell you from experience that there is nothing much you can do after a certain point. I was once at one of the local regional parks (it was a swimming lake) and midway through the day a young boy went missing. The lifeguards asked that if anybody from the local swimteam was present that they help in the search, so I helped out. The guards did their underwater grid dives and we swam around the edges of the lakes looking in bushes.

Long story short, the boy was found by one of the guards near the shore. He was unconscious, but had a pulse. She tried to bring him back, but he just faded away. There was nothing she could've done.

So, my point is, don't beat yourself up. I'm unsure if you're a religious person, and I'll probably get some flak for this comment, but I strongly believe that it was God's plan for this man today. Quite possibly this bike accident will help pass legislation to prevent further accidents. Who knows?

But furthermore this just goes to show how aggressive, and even just plain old ignorant drivers can be. A bicyclist is under the same exact laws of the road as a car, and therefore should be treated like one. I know this for a fact because just recently on a ride my uncle led, we were pulled over by the police for going over the speed limit... on our road bikes.

But, I really think you should take a few days off and go balling. Calm your nerves.

no i am not religious i believe that both the biker and the driver were simply being careless but i highly respect your opinion and thank you for your story
